Thank you, LORD, for a successful season of Upward Soccer. We pray for the 116 children that were part of the league and their families- that they all may know the love of Jesus every day of their lives. LORD, we are filled with gratitude that Upward Soccer pointed everyone that participated to Jesus, and strengthened bonds within our St. Clement's community as well as with our neighbors outside of our church. Thank you, LORD, for the volunteers that made this season possible. In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.

Our church’s Youth Group is hosting a retreat next month. Please join us as we begin to pray for this event. Please pray for safe travels to and from the retreat, for the students attending, for the leaders of the retreat, that the Holy Spirit would move among them throughout the weekend, and that each person on the retreat would deepen their relationship with Jesus.

A prayer on the 25th anniversary of September 11th:

Dear Heavenly Father, today as we remember the attacks of September 11, 2001, and the horrors witnessed by Americans, we ask that You would bring comfort to those who lost loved ones on that terrible day.

We pray that You will continue to protect our nation, and all nations, against the evil works of men who seek to destroy through terrorism. Arm and equip all men and women in our government, military, and first responder roles with a sense of vigilance and duty, so that the people of the United States can worship and live for You, free from the fear of terrorism.

LORD, we pray that you exercise your righteous judgement against terrorist groups intent on doing violence. Turn their hearts from evil and towards Your glory, and bring Your judgement against evil doers.

We pray for a world filled with Your peace. We thank You, LORD, for Your provision, protection, and steadfast love. We ask this in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, Amen.
