God has been so very good to us! @🙌✝️
The craft group has their very own loom to weave sleeping mats on!! THANK YOU, Dave Semple, for your generous heart to donate and your gift of craftsmanship to build the loom!!
And thank you to Pastor Chris for blessing our loom, those who built it, those who will use it and those who will receive the mats woven on it. We are collecting clean plastic grocery bags to process and use as “plarn” to weave sleeping mats. The mats will be a protective barrier between a homeless person and the cold or wet or hot ground. They are easily cleaned, easily dried and portable. And each mat saves 750-800 plastic bags from the landfill. We can’t wait to begin weaving!!!
