Shanell Henry is married to her husband, Anthony Sr., and together they have three sons, two daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren. She has written and recorded five full-length Christian Hip-Hop (CHH) recordings and is an evangelist, author, content creator, and owner of Shanell Unique (5heartbeats). Beyond her ministry and creative work, Shanell enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She is passionate about empowering and encouraging others through laughter, love, and spiritual encouragement.

Following the unexpected loss of her mother and several other close family members, Shanell found herself in a season of processing deep grief and loss. In the midst of her own healing, she began to recognize how God was using her experience to prepare and call her to walk alongside others who may be navigating grief or facing the possibility of life’s final chapter.

Shanell will remind us that grief does not have to cause us to retreat, lose hope, or give up. Instead, we can lean into God’s strength and trust Him to carry us through even the most difficult seasons. She will encourage us to remain anchored in God, knowing that He is present, faithful, and our source of strength no matter what we are facing.
