This week, Rev. Lisa Schilansky, MLUC's Social Justice Director, joined nearly 40 multifaith clergy leaders in the State Capitol Rotunda in Harrisburg for a "Hands Off Our Vote" press conference organized by POWER Action Fund PA .

The call: County Commissioners in all 67 Pennsylvania counties should immediately establish and expand secure ballot drop boxes and satellite election offices. Funding for election administration has already been released—the coalition says commissioners need to deploy it now so voters can bypass federal mail delays and hand their ballots directly to local election authorities.

"In America, voters pick our leaders—leaders do not pick their voters," said the Rev. Dr. Gregory Edwards, Executive Director of POWER Action Fund.

The coalition also launched a statewide faith-led poll monitoring and voter protection network, deploying clergy to drop-box locations and election offices through Election Day.

This past Sunday, Rev. Weber used Suess' "The Butter Battle Book" and Lennon & Ono's "Imagine" to explore the question, How do we co-exist despite sharing different points of view?

"There must be another way," Rev. Weber said. "There must be a way of keeping differences while letting go of divisions."
