This week at Sentinel Community Church, we set aside Monday through Friday to fast and seek the Lord together. 🙏🏽

Each night at 7pm, we gathered in prayer — and it was truly beautiful.

There is something powerful about a church family humbling ourselves before God, bringing our petitions to Him, and believing together.

Here’s what we covered throughout the week:

🧡 Monday – Families & Marriages
💙 Tuesday – Pastors & Leaders
💚 Wednesday – Ministries & Our Community
💛 Thursday – Growth & Breakthrough
💜 Friday – Newcomers

Every night carried its own weight and anointing. We cried out, we worshiped, we interceded — and we trusted God with it all.

We believe God is moving.
We believe seeds were planted.
We believe breakthrough is coming.

Thank you to everyone who fasted and prayed with us. What a beautiful week in the presence of God. 🙌🏽

If you are not currently attending a church we would love for you to come home, we are praying for you.

This week, Sentinel Community Church is coming together in unity as one body of Christ for a time of fasting and prayer.

As we enter into this sacred time, we will be gathering every night at 7:00 PM for prayer.

Fasting is not about routine — it’s about drawing closer to God. It’s about surrender, refocus, and making room for His voice in our lives.

If you are believing for breakthrough, clarity, healing, direction, or simply a deeper relationship with the Lord — this week is for you.

📖 “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face…” – 2 Chronicles 7:14

Come pray with us.
Let’s seek God together.
Let’s expect Him to move.

I am a living breathing walking testimony! 🎶🎵🙌

A friend shared this song with me this morning, it blessed my heart and i worshipped God all the way through it. I pray it blesses your heart and becomes your testimony today.

Amen and Hallelujah!

The more you trust God, the less you worry about what’s ahead. Not because the future suddenly becomes predictable, but because your confidence shifts from knowing what will happen to knowing who is with you. Worry thrives in uncertainty, but trust rests in God’s faithfulness—even when the path forward isn’t clear.

When you trust God, you stop trying to carry tomorrow with today’s strength. You realize that you were never meant to figure everything out in advance. God doesn’t ask you to understand every step—He asks you to walk with Him one step at a time. Trust reminds you that the same God who carried you through the past is already present in your future.

Worry asks, What if things don’t work out?
Trust answers, God will still be good.

Worry imagines worst-case scenarios. Trust remembers past faithfulness. The more you reflect on how God has already provided, protected, and sustained you, the quieter those anxious thoughts become. You start to recognize a pattern: God has never abandoned you, even in seasons you thought would break you.

Trusting God doesn’t mean you never feel concern—it means concern doesn’t control you. You still plan. You still think ahead. But you don’t spiral. You don’t panic. You don’t live consumed by fear of what might happen. Trust allows you to prepare without being paralyzed and to move forward without needing guarantees.

As trust grows, your prayers change. They become less about control and more about surrender. Less about demanding answers and more about seeking peace. You begin to say, “God, I don’t know what’s coming—but I know You do, and that’s enough.”

The future stops feeling like a threat and starts feeling like a place God is already waiting for you. Even when challenges come, trust reminds you that nothing ahead will surprise Him. Nothing will overpower Him. Nothing will separate you from His care.

The more you trust God, the more your heart learns to rest. You stop borrowing trouble from tomorrow and start living fully in today. You trade anxious anticipation for quiet confidence. Not confidence in yourself—but confidence in God.

And that’s where peace lives.

The world needs prayer now more than ever.
With everything happening around us, we are not ignorant of the enemy’s devices (2 Corinthians 2:11). God’s Word tells us that in the last days people will be lovers of themselves (2 Timothy 3:1–2)—yet even in these times, there is hope in Jesus.

If you are weary, hurting, searching, or in need of prayer, come join us.
Let us pray for you, or pray with you.
No matter where you’ve been or what you’re facing, you are not alone.
“The Lord is near to all who call on Him” (Psalm 145:18).

Come expecting. Come believing. Come as you are.

Dear Lord,
whatever it is I desire,
may I desire You more.
More than success.
More than comfort.
More than the answers I think I need right now.
Let my heart crave Your presence above every temporary want, and teach me to trust that when I have You, I lack nothing.

Whatever I seek,
may I seek You more.
Before I chase outcomes, clarity, or control, help me seek Your wisdom, Your will, and Your direction. Remind me that searching for You first realigns everything else. That when I seek You, I am never searching in vain.

Whatever I love,
may I love You more.
More than the things I hold tightly.
More than the people I fear losing.
More than the versions of life I’ve imagined for myself. Purify my love, God. Let it flow from You, not replace You. Teach me to love deeply without letting anything take Your place in my heart.

May You be more to me
than anything in this world.
More than noise.
More than fear.
More than approval, possessions, or plans.
Be my peace when life feels overwhelming. Be my anchor when everything feels uncertain. Be my joy when circumstances fall short.

Let my life reflect this prayer—not just in words, but in trust, obedience, and surrender. And when my heart drifts, gently draw it back to You again.

Amen.
