The promise begins this Sunday.

Each week this summer, we’ll uncover another part of the story — from creation, to covenant, to Christ. Together, we’ll trace God’s faithfulness through Scripture and be reminded that the God who kept His promises then is still faithful now.

Join us this Sunday as we begin our new series, Promise Keeper: Tracing God’s Faithfulness.

This past Sunday, Edwin Girón closed out our Daniel series with a powerful bilingual message of hope, endurance, and the future we have with our Savior.

As we ended our service, our church family gathered in prayer for Edwin, María, and the Girón family as they continue serving in Texas through their ministry with EFM.

We are grateful for the reminder that even in times of trouble, God is faithful, Christ is victorious, and our hope is secure in Him.

Happy National Say Something Nice Day! 💛

Today is a simple but meaningful reminder of how powerful our words can be.

A kind word, a thoughtful text, a genuine compliment, or a moment of encouragement can go farther than we realize. In the life of the church, those small moments matter. They help people feel seen, welcomed, and loved.

So today, let’s be intentional to build one another up.

And yes… bonus points if your kind words are not immediately followed by asking someone to volunteer, bring food, or stack chairs. 😉

“Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Who is someone you can encourage today?

Intentional faith is not only built in the big, life-changing moments. More often, it is formed in the quiet and ordinary places — opening Scripture when we feel tired, choosing prayer before panic, offering encouragement when it would be easier to stay silent, worshiping when our hearts feel heavy, and trusting God with the next small step.

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” — Colossians 3:23

Even the ordinary parts of our day can become worship when they are offered to God. The cup of coffee, the conversation, the prayer, the act of patience, the decision to show up faithfully — God can use all of it.

May we be people who follow Jesus not only in the big moments, but in the quiet, faithful ones too.

Today we pause with gratitude for those who gave their lives in service to our country.

For many, this day includes time with family, rest, and the beginning of summer rhythms — gifts we do not want to take for granted. As we gather, remember, and give thanks, may we hold both gratitude and prayer close today.

Remembering with gratitude.
