Bible Study Series: The Gospel According to Mark
Lesson — “Who Is Really in the Family?”
Scripture: Mark 3:20–35 (KJV)
Central Truth: Being close to Jesus is not the same as belonging to Jesus. True discipleship means recognizing who He is, trusting His authority, and doing the will of God.

10/21/2026

Scripture: Mark 3:7–19 (KJV)
Central Truth: Jesus is not simply looking for people who want to be around Him. He calls people to be with Him and sends them out to serve Him.

The Gospel According to Mark
Text: Mark 3:1–6 (KJV)

Central Truth: When we put people ahead of religious traditions, we may face opposition—even when we are doing what is right. Jesus teaches us that God's heart is revealed not merely by what we believe, but by how we respond to people who need help.

A continuation of our bible study series: THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO MARK

Primary Text: Mark 2:23–28

Key Verse: Mark 2:28 (KJV)
“Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.”

Central Truth: God gave the Sabbath as a gift to people, but religion can turn God's gift into a burden when rules become more important than people.

Mark 2:18–22

Central Truth: When Jesus enters your life, He does not simply add Himself to what you were already doing. He changes the way you understand and live out your relationship with God.

Join us for this awesome event. This virtual Bible study panel will explore why music matters in worship, what kinds of music belong in the church, where today’s churches may be missing the mark, and how we can realign music ministry with Scripture and true discipleship.
