Father, we thank You for the blessing of children that is from You!

Lord, give us wisdom, understanding & discernment to help us teach them Your ways so that they will gain wisdom & Godly character; help us to love Your truth & train them in it so that they might desire righteousness & receive the blessings of faithful obedience; help us show them how to love the way that You love us so that they will know true peace comes from You.

Lord, keep them from the sins & snares of a life lived apart from You-watch over them. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Father, we worship You & praise You that Christ has triumphed over death, breaking it off in every way! As believers, our victory over death, our final enemy, is secured in Christ’s resurrection - hallelujah!

No more sorrow - only pure, perfect, & perpetual joy! This is Your word - this is Your promise, we receive it & believe it!

Father, we are grateful that You have appointed us to love while calling us from the lusts of the world.

Lord, we acknowledge & are amazed at Your handiwork in creation & ask You to keep us from desiring, coveting, or boasting on created things rather than You, The Creator.

Help us to abandon & renounce fleshly or worldly things that can steal our affection from You!

We want to keep our bodies as a living sacrifice to You, our eyes fixed on You, & our hearts humbly serving for You.

Father, we are thankful for the gifts, skills, abilities & talents that You have given us to be used for Your plans & purposes!

Lord, we ask You for diligence & attention as we work in Your truth to honor You in all that we do & in that process to be a blessing by bringing Your truth & the hope of the Gospel to others.

Help us to serve with care & apply our energy to study & obey Your word faithfully each day.

Please grant us wisdom in all of these things! In Jesus’ Name, amen.

Father, we are humbled & grateful that You have given us Your breath of life & the gift of Your living Word in Christ! He is as close to us as our next breath & as our hearts believe we are able to be able speak of Him as He is, the Author & Perfecter of our faith.

God, help us to live up to our confession of faith with wholehearted devotion to love & trust Your Son. By Your grace, grant us courage to deny our flesh & the love of this world.

May our lips & lives line up with the truth & hope of Your Gospel message & Your resurrection power work in & through us.

Father in Heaven-
Thank You for this day & the potential to do great things for Your Kingdom! Thank You for watching over us as we rested in our homes & comfortable beds; for keeping our hearts beating & lungs breathing without fail; for allowing us to rise up & see the day-hear the birds-think about the opportunities You have for us!

Father, we take so much that You do for us for granted. Forgive us when we complain rather than give You thanks for keeping us going. Help us to be aware of Your presence & grace continually working to bless us even in the smallest ways. Help us to live with grateful hearts towards You.
