Northpointe Church CC

Northpointe Church CC Walking by Faith and Not by Sight. Sunday Service: 10:00am
Wednesday: Dinner @ 6:15pm and Lesson @ 7:00pm

We are a church that is REACHING UP: to our loving God, who has reconciled us by His Son Jesus Christ, one REACHING IN: to the church body, so that they can grow in spiritual maturity, and one REACHING OUT: to our community and the world, with an influence in serving them.

What are you carrying that God never asked you to carry?

So many people are exhausted because they're trying to fight battles, fix situations, and control outcomes that belong in God's hands. The weight of worry, fear, guilt, and uncertainty was never meant to rest on your shoulders.

God's invitation is simple: trust Him.

When we surrender what we cannot control, we make room for God's peace, wisdom, and strength to work in our lives. Faith isn't pretending the problem doesn't exist—it's believing God is greater than the problem.

Today, take a moment to lay your burdens at the feet of Jesus and trust Him with the outcome.

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." – 1 Peter 5:7

🏜️ Day 4: When Your Calling Outpaces Your Character 🏜️

Nobody enjoys the desert.

The waiting seasons. The unanswered questions. The setbacks, disappointments, and moments when it feels like God has forgotten the promise He gave you.

Yet throughout Scripture, God often prepared people in the desert before He positioned them in their destiny.

Moses spent years on the backside of the desert before leading a nation. What looked like a delay was actually divine preparation. God was developing the character needed to sustain the calling.

The same is true for us. The difficult seasons are not evidence that God has abandoned us. They are often the very places where He is building perseverance, humility, wisdom, and dependence on Him.

God doesn't just prepare the promise for you—He prepares you for the promise.

If you're in a season of waiting, don't despise it. God is using every challenge, every lesson, and every moment of refinement to make you ready for what He has ahead.

📖 "He brought us out…to bring us in." — Deuteronomy 6:23 (ESV)

🤔 Reflection: Where has God placed you in a season of waiting or refining? How might He be using this time to strengthen your character and prepare you for the promise ahead?

Knowledge about God is good—but knowing God changes everything.

We can fill our minds with information, memorize Scripture, and learn biblical truths, but God's desire has always been relationship. He doesn't want to simply be studied; He wants to be known.

The more we spend time in His presence, the more His wisdom guides us, His peace strengthens us, and His love transforms us. Knowledge may inform your mind, but intimacy with God will transform your life.

Today, don't just seek more information—seek His presence.

"That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection..." – Philippians 3:10

🔥 Day 3: The Altar Where Blessings Become Idols 🔥

Not every idol is a bad thing.

Sometimes the things we place above God are actually blessings He gave us—our family, our career, our ministry, our comfort, our dreams, or even our success. The problem begins when we cling more tightly to the gift than to the Giver.

Abraham's journey to Mount Moriah reminds us that God is after our hearts. He never intended for Isaac to be lost, but He needed Abraham to know that nothing could take God's place in his life.

True surrender isn't about losing what God has given. It's about trusting Him enough to place every blessing on the altar and knowing that His plans are always greater than our own.

When we release our grip on what we cannot keep, we discover the One we can never lose.

Today, ask yourself: Is there anything in my life that I love more than God's presence?

You don't really know what's going on inside someone else's heart.

It's easy to make assumptions. It's easy to judge based on appearances, past mistakes, or what we think we know. But only God sees the whole story. Only God knows the battles people are fighting, the prayers they've prayed, and the work He's doing beneath the surface.

As followers of Christ, we're called to lead with grace, extend mercy, and trust God to do what only He can do. Before we criticize, let's pray. Before we condemn, let's love. Before we assume, let's remember that God is still writing their story.

"Man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart." – 1 Samuel 16:7

Join us this Sunday as we continue pursuing God's presence and growing together in His Word.

💔 Day 2: Standing Naked on the Auction Block of Regret 💔

Regret has a way of making us feel exposed, ashamed, and defined by our worst mistakes. Like Gomer in the book of Hosea, many people find themselves standing on the auction block of life, searching for value in careers, relationships, addictions, achievements, or the approval of others.

But God's love tells a different story.

The enemy wants you to believe your failures determine your worth. Jesus declares that your worth was settled at the cross. He saw every mistake, every scar, every broken place—and still chose to pay the price for your redemption.

You don't have to earn His love. You don't have to hide your past. Christ has already outbid every lie, every accusation, and every regret with His relentless grace.

Today, remember this truth: You are not for sale. You have been bought with a price.

📖 "She said, 'I will go after my lovers, who give me my bread and my water.' But she did not know that it was I who gave her the grain, the wine, and the oil." — Hosea 2:5,8 (ESV)

🤔 Reflection: What "auction block" have you been standing on lately, looking for your value? How would your choices change today if you fully embraced Christ's declaration over your life: "Paid in Full."

🍂 Day 1: When Love Feels Like Peeling an Onion Layer by Layer 🍂

Nobody enjoys having painful areas of their heart exposed. Yet some of God's greatest work happens beneath the surface, as He gently peels back layer after layer of hurt, fear, pride, disappointment, and hidden wounds.

Like peeling an onion, the process can bring tears. It can be uncomfortable. But God never exposes a wound to shame us—He reveals it so He can heal it.

His love is not content to leave us where we are. He lovingly removes the layers that keep us from fully experiencing His peace, freedom, and purpose. What feels painful today may be the very thing God uses to transform your tomorrow.

Don't run from the process. Trust the One holding your heart.

📖 "And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." — Ezekiel 36:26 (ESV)

🤔 Reflection: What layer is God peeling in you right now—a resentment, a fear, or a secret shame? What would happen if you surrendered it completely to Him today?

06/22/2026

Sometimes the greatest evidence of God's grace isn't the absence of pain—it's His presence through it.

We all face struggles, setbacks, and seasons we don't understand. But God never promised we would walk through life without pain. He promised we would never walk through it alone.

Every challenge can become a testimony. Every scar can tell a story of God's faithfulness. The very things that tried to break you can become the evidence of His sustaining power in your life.

Don't give up in the middle of the process. God is still working, still healing, still restoring, and still writing your story.
