Redemptive Life Christian Fellowship

Redemptive Life Christian Fellowship Along side, our pastor, Dr. Mark W. In 2007, Dr. Mark W. So he and his wife, Rev. There, traditional church worship and standards for growth weren’t the focus.

Thompson our mission is to lead people to Christ Jesus through Teaching God’s Word and Touching Each Spirit in order to Transform Every Life. Thompson shared with a congregation in Cincinnati, Ohio where he was pastoring that the Lord had placed a calling in his life to return to Atlanta, Georgia and “complete the work left undone.” This was a work that would be centered on wholistic ministry for

the mind, body and spirit. It would be conducted in a safe and open environment where the unchurched could come and hear the life-changing truth that Jesus Christ loved them and died for their sins. Stephanie, moved back to the Atlanta, Georgia area and Redemptive Life Christian Fellowship was birthed. Since the first worship experience at Redemptive Life, the congregation began meeting each Sunday morning at 10:00 am at Shiloh High School before moving into their new church home in December of 2009. Redemptive Life made a strategic decision not to focus on numerical growth, but instead to center its attention on spiritual growth, Christian maturity and leadership development. Further, the goal was that when the church eventually moved into its own facility that they would have a core of leaders who not only had an abiding relationship with God but that they were a family that was prepared to take on the challenges of community ministry, changes, and even healing. Redemptive Life is committed to this course and realizes that we are in those defining days. Changed lives are what drive the leadership and the Pastor at Redemptive Life. Our defined mission is to lead people into an abiding relationship with Jesus Christ by Teaching the Word, Touching the Soul, and Transforming the Life. That’s not just a slogan on our wall, but it’s our measurement of success. It is our promise to God, ourselves, and all whom God sends that if we ever lose focus of our goal, we guarantee that we will stop what we are doing and regroup, no matter what.

We invite you to come and experience the Lord with us and see what we mean. We Believe in S.E.E.C. Spiritual Development: Teaching and Leading persons in the Disciplines of a Spiritual life in order to help position them towards encountering God. Equipping the Saint: Provide the necessary means through which persons may identify, affirm and then engage their God given Gifts in order that them may live in their Divine Purpose. Evangelism: Teaching and encouraging Christian Disciples to abide in the command and commission given by Christ Jesus to share the Good News of Salvation to the unsaved. Community Outreach: Leading, Aiding, and Attending to the needs of not only the least, lost, and left behind, but being a beacon light of God socially, politically, economically, physically, emotionally, and educationally

Kahlil Gibran's wisdom: 'Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror.' We see beauty in nature, but true beauty resides within us. Accepting God's wisdom in our breath and being, we realize we are constantly being created anew.

Soul Care

Worship is more than just a song; it's the soul's realization that life finds new breath, meaning, and purpose. It's the intersection of releasing our struggles, fears, and hurts into God's arms, allowing for profound transformation. When we unconditionally love and honor God for His mercy, grace, faithfulness, and holiness, we draw closer to the very nature He created us to be.

Yoko Ono shared a profound truth: 'You change the world by being yourself.' This echoes the idea of believing in yourself so strongly that the world believes in you too. Psalm 139:14 reminds us we are fearfully and wonderfully made. When we believe in ourselves and our Creator, we gain the strength and courage to face any foe. David defeated Goliath not just by believing God's word about him, but by living by faith. Your confidence in faith ensures you're not alone in your fight, and that, like David, giants do fall.
