Last week, Bp. Dillahunt joined the Southeastern Synod for their Assembly!

She served by presiding at their opening worship service, facilitating several workshops, leading one of the Assembly Bible Studies, and participated in their Inaugural 5K Wellness Walk!

It was a FULL Assembly - Thank you for the invitation to be with you, Bp. Strickland, and for your hospitality, Southeastern Synod!

📣 2027 ELCA World Hunger Domestic Hunger Grants Letters of Inquiry submissions open until July 1, 2026 (1 more month to submit)!

Following a review process, some applicants will be invited to submit a full application in the second phase, which begins in October 2026.

Grant recipients will be contacted in January 2027.

Join us in praying for the Western North Dakota Synod - ELCA as they gather on May 30-31 for their Synod Assembly & prepare for their bishop election.

Almighty God, you have given your Holy Spirit to the church to lead us into all truth. Bless with the Spirit's grace and presence the people of the Western North Dakota Synod as they prepare to elect a bishop. Keep them steadfast in faith and united in love, that they may manifest your glory and prepare for the way of your kingdom; through Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.

"The Spirit that came at Pentecost did not come only to comfort. It came to change. It came to send. It sent the disciples out into the world — a world that can be transformed by the love of God in Christ Jesus, who is risen.

The Spirit shows us how to show up where there is fear, so that courage wins.
The Spirit turns timidity into proclamation.
The Spirit turns division into relationship.

Come, Holy Spirit. Give us the courage and strength to go out in hope and love. Give us faith to proclaim the Good News and tell the story of Jesus — again and again."

Yesterday evening, Bp. Dillahunt joined Graceworks Lutheran Services for their 100th Anniversary celebration. There were several members present to celebrate their ministry as well!

Those in attendance were invited to join in building a mosaic which will live outside the Administrative building on their Bethany campus.
