As a student at Wittenberg University, I became a Christian after experiencing a time of questioning God and sadness due to my father's passing from cancer. I had never known what it meant to have a personal relationship with God until hearing the gospel and experiencing the ministry of Cru on Wittenberg's campus. God used Cru to be a ministry where I heard the gospel for the first time, and I co

mmitted my life to Christ and trusted Him my sophomore year at a Cru Winter Conference. Throughout the remainder of my college career, I fell deeper in love with Christ. I enjoyed reading the Bible, sharing my faith, experiencing vibrant Christian community, and serving on the student-leadership team of Cru on Wittenberg's campus. Through devoting a summer to a mission's trip with Cru, God clearly called me into ministry and to participate in His fulfilling of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). When graduation approached, God led me to step out in faith and I decided to give my life and full-time vocation to reaching college students with the gospel and training them to walk with Him well. My ministry is based in the Central Ohio area of Columbus on nine different campuses that our team is currently reaching. I am confident that The Lord will use my ministry to impact and influence tomorrow's strongest leaders and ministers, both here and overseas. Thanks again for visiting. Hello precious friends and partners,
I hope this message finds all of you well! It is an exciting time for our Central Ohio Cru Team as we prepare to start the year on campus this Monday! I would love to invite you all to pray for Lily and me as we kick off the year on campus. The link below is a Google Sheet with half hour time slots where you can sign-up to pray for us and our first week back on campus. In the top left-hand corner of the sheet is also a list of prayer requests that our team has for this coming week and the upcoming year. Here's yesterday's highlights from the conference:
My favorite speaker yesterday was Rich Perez!
Also, I got to go to a breakout session where Impact Ministry's President Jimmy McGee talked about how to reach ethnic minority students with the gospel!
Finally, we got to watch a movie called "I Can Only Imagine" based on the popular Christian song by MercyMe. The movie was amazingly moving and resonated with me a lot as someone who has lost their father to cancer. The movie comes out in Spring 2018, so you all should go check it out!

Hey friends,
So last week was crazy! I finished up the rest of my classes yesterday, and they were so refreshing. However, they required a lot of work, and time! Tomorrow begins our Cru17 nationwide conference, which is very exciting! I will be updating you all throughout the conference on what God is teaching me!
