One Emmanuel's 49th Holy Convocation is near and we are Expecting Great Things. July 12th and July 16th through 19th, One Emmanuel is gathering and YOU do not want to miss what God is about to do in this place. ✨

Jeremiah 33:2-3 is not just our theme. It is our testimony. We called on Him and He answered, and we are walking into convocation already expecting Him to do it again. 🙏🏾

On behalf of the Board of Pastors and the entire One Emmanuel family, we extend our deepest love and condolences to the Po***ck and Chavis families and the Emmanuel Church Columbia family on the passing of our beloved sister, Sister Josephine Po***ck.

She was not just Columbia’s sister. She was ours. When one of us hurts, we all hurt. 💜

That is what it means to be One Emmanuel. 🙏🏾

Praying for every heart that loved her.

🕊️With great earthly sadness yet heavenly joy, Bishop Jackson & the Emmanuel Church family announce the transition of our beloved Sister Josephine Po***ck.

A gentle soul with a humble spirit, she blessed the saints for many years with those anointed, gifted hands that faithfully fed the body & uplifted the heart. Tall in quiet strength & not a woman of many words, yet when she spoke, wisdom followed — and we listened.

We will miss her dearly on this side of glory. Until we meet again.

Please keep her children Amanda Po***ck Farrah Po***ck, grandchildren, husband Deacon Samuel Po***ck, & the entire Chavis & Po***ck family lifted in prayer during this time of bereavement.

We are still talking about what happened in Swansea. 🔥

Hands raised, voices open, hearts full. Built for the Battle was everything and then some. The youth and young adults showed up and gave God everything they had, and every moment in that room was a reminder of why we gather. This generation is not playing about their faith. ✨

Our 49th Holy Convocation is on the way. Consider this a preview. 🙌🏾

To every woman who has prayed when no one was watching, loved when it cost something, and kept going when it was hard, today is for you. 🙌🏾

Motherhood is not just biological. It is spiritual. It is the woman who intercedes, nurtures, covers, and pours out.

One Emmanuel would not be what it is without the women who carry it in prayer and in presence. ✨

To those celebrating today, soak in every moment. And to those who are holding someone in your heart instead of your arms, your love is still seen. 🙏🏾

Something happened at Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ/Swansea, last week! 🔥

The youth and young adults of One Emmanuel came together for Built for the Battle, and what took place was more than a conference. Speakers poured in, worship broke out, and people encountered God in a way that does not leave you the same. ✨

And honestly? This was just the warmup. A mini rehearsal for what is coming. Our 49th Holy Convocation is on the way, and if Built for the Battle was any indication, the best is still ahead. 🙌🏾

Built for the Battle.
And the battle was won. 🔥

What a weekend. From Friday night prayer and worship led by Minister Xavier Bell, to Saturday night with Elder Lavonzel Williams Jr. bringing the word.

God showed up in every moment and did exactly what He promised. ✨

Two souls were snatched from the enemy this weekend. Two lives are different forever. That alone made everything worth it. 🙏🏾

We want to honor every person who made this possible.

Thank you to Bishop Rickie Jackson for your covering and leadership over One Emmanuel. Thank you to Deacon Kurtis Maxwell and his entire staff for the vision, the preparation, and the ex*****on of this conference. Thank you to Elder Albert, Pastor of Emmanuel Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ/Swansea for opening your doors and making space for God to move. 💜

And to everyone who played a role, whether you designed a flyer, ushered, watched the live stream, or simply prayed for lives to be changed, this weekend belonged to you too. We see you and we honor you. 🙌🏾

To everyone who came out and stood firm on No Surrender, No Retreat, thank you. You showed up Built for the Battle and you proved it.

We are grateful. We are full. And we already can't wait for what God does next. ✨

Tomorrow night, something is about to shift. 🔥

The National Youth and Young Adult Conference "Built for the Battle" doesn't open with a regular church service.

It opens with prayer and worship.
That's intentional.
Because before any word is spoken, we are setting the atmosphere.
