Most of us carry something we’re not supposed to carry.
Worry about things we can’t control. Anxiety about the future. The weight of trying to manage it all ourselves. We walk around convinced that if we just think hard enough, plan enough, stress enough—we can prevent bad things from happening.
But what if there’s another way?
Prayer isn’t what you think it is. It’s not about asking G-d for favors or trying to convince Him to give you what you want. It’s about connection. It’s about remembering that the same G-d who created and controls the universe is personally invested in your life. In the details. In you.
When you really understand that—when you let yourself believe that He’s actually carrying you, that His infinite power means He can care about the small and the big—everything shifts. You can finally put down what you’ve been holding so tightly.
That’s inner peace.
