Once a month, a group of missionaries from our parish participate in an apostolate of street evangelization called “Misión San Pedro”. These missionaries meet in a park, plaza, or other public place to spread the Catholic Faith with those whom they meet. Wearing their missionary uniforms and carrying rosaries, sacramentals, and pamphlets, they go out to greet people, inviting them to return to the Faith and the sacraments. The missionaries are usually accompanied by one or two priests, who are available for confession and counseling.
This apostolate has been very successful, and borne much spiritual fruit. However, the missionaries are often hampered in their work due to the lack of sacramentals, as well as insufficient resources for printing pamphlets. For this reason, we humbly ask for your support, so that this apostolate may continue to help souls. If you would like to support us by donating sacramentals (e.g. scapulars, rosaries, medals, etc.), or if you would like to make a financial contribution for the printing of Catholic literature, please do not hesitate to contact us.
