Members of NC4 and the Capital Area traveled to Salisbury, MD to stand with our Haitian siblings who are the current target of ICE raids since their TPS status has been revoked.

The first picture is Pastor Gabrielle Montilus, of the local Disciples congregation First Haitian Pentecostal Christian Church speaking of the fear that is present in her community. The final video includes the prayer that our Regional Minister, Rev. Dr. Marcus Leathers offered to begin the rally.

Congratulations to our members, Rev. Kevin and Louise Newcomer. 27 years ago they had an idea to repurpose unused school supplies for those who need them. Today, their idea has blossomed and the Montgomery County Public Schools held the 25th annual Drive for Supplies. An amazing and inspiring event!

Help us spread the word, we’re hiring!

As part of our growing ministry, NC4 is seeking to build a dynamic, life-giving family ministry — one where every child and young person is known by name, rooted in the love ethic of Jesus, surrounded by community, and where parents are equipped, supported, and never left to navigate the journey alone. We believe the church has a vital role in shaping the next generation, and this new position reflects that conviction.

The Family Life Coordinator will bring this vision to life: a program where identity is affirmed, spirits are nourished, relationships are deepened, parents are supported and the love of God is taught in ways that are joyful, relevant, and enduring.
