Last week, Rabbi Meir Azari joined Stephen Wise Free Synagogue's ReCharging Reform Judaism Conference.

Together with Yaron Shavit, Deputy Chairman of the Executive of The Jewish Agency for Israel, and Anna Kislanski, CEO of IMPJ, he led a workshop on Israel–Diaspora Shared Visions.

It was a meaningful opportunity to engage with participants seeking fresh ideas, practical tools, and thoughtful conversation about strengthening the relationship between Israel and Jewish communities around the world.

As April comes to a close, we celebrated one year of monthly Shabbat dinners for our Young Adult Olim community.

What began as a response to the need for a spiritual home has grown into a vibrant, supportive space for those making aliyah—building new friendships and traditions together. We were especially honored to celebrate this milestone alongside first-year rabbinic students from HUC, who joined us and connected with our community.

Our women’s group meets weekly to build meaningful connections and deepen their relationship with life in Israel. The group is made up of women from our conversion program—all olot chadashot navigating a new chapter.

Together, they support one another through Israeli bureaucracy, participate in social activities like challah braiding, and engage in tikkun olam. Recently, they volunteered at a local soup kitchen—putting their values into action.
