Why the move?
Because Facebook has become a little… temperamental. 😅

From Our Friends at Royal Family Kids Camp:

For the past 19 years, we’ve had the privilege of serving children through Royal Family Kids Camp — creating a safe, fun, and hope-filled space for youth from difficult backgrounds.

One thing that has been missing in recent years has been a camp experience specifically for teens… but last summer we brought it back with separate overnight retreats for teen girls and boys, and it was incredible. The impact on these kids was something we’ll never forget.

This summer, we’re expanding those retreats into full 3-day, 2-night camps, and we are looking for volunteers to help make it possible.

We need adults age 18+ to serve as:
• Counselors
• Activity helpers
• Meal prep/support staff
• General camp support

You can volunteer for one camp or both.

Camp Details:
Girls Camp: July 12–15 (girls arrive July 13)
Boys Camp: July 15–18 (boys arrive July 16)

Location:
Moss Springs Campground beside Cove Valley Youth Camp

We are also looking for volunteers of all ages to help with:
• Set up — July 12 after 2 PM
• Tear down — July 18 at 4 PM

We already have several teens registered and expect more to sign up soon. Last year was filled with laughter, connection, healing, and memories these kids desperately needed.

Many of these youth are still walking through very difficult situations, and this camp gives them a chance to simply be kids, feel seen, and experience love and encouragement in a safe environment.

If you would be willing to volunteer, share this post, or pray for this ministry, we would be incredibly grateful.

I’ve included a signup/interest form below:

Please answer the following questions so we know how to plan for our 2026 teen camp and how many youth we can accept.

Since 2021, these are the books we have studied together in our Ladies Bible Study.

When you look at this list, it may just look like book titles to some people. But to us, it represents consistency. Discipline. Growth. Showing up even when we were tired. Opening our Bibles even when life was busy. Choosing depth in a world that constantly pushes distraction. Book by book, chapter by chapter, verse by verse.

Genesis
Deuteronomy
Joshua
Judges
Esther
Psalms
Isaiah
Ezekiel
Daniel
Hosea
Amos
Micah
Habakkuk
Haggai
Matthew
Mark
Luke
John
Acts
Romans
Philippians
1 Timothy
2 Timothy
Titus
Philemon
Hebrews
James
1 Peter
2 Peter
1 John
2 John
3 John
Jude
Revelation

… and now we are preparing to begin Nahum.

The truth is, our brains naturally resist difficult things. They look for comfort, convenience, distraction, and routine. Studying the Bible deeply takes intentionality. It takes choosing, over and over again, to create new habits and new pathways instead of staying spiritually stagnant.

Growth rarely happens in one dramatic moment. It happens slowly. Daily. Quietly. One chapter at a time. One morning at a time. One discussion at a time.

And over time? Those small consistent choices completely change you.

This post is not about bragging. It is about showing what is possible when ordinary women commit to consistently investing in their relationship with God over a long period of time.

A real community has been built here. Friendships. Accountability. Encouragement. Prayer. Growth. Women learning not just to read the Word, but to understand it and apply it.

If you have ever thought about joining us, let this be your sign to start now. You do not need to know everything. You just need to begin.

Well… we’ve officially reached 22 YouTube subscribers. 😎
At this rate we’re basically one church potluck away from internet fame.

Seriously though - thank you to everyone who has already subscribed to our new channel! Every subscription helps us continue getting sermons, worship, and biblical teaching out in a more reliable way.

As a reminder:

Starting May 31st, we’ll be streaming our Sunday sermons on YouTube instead of Facebook.

As we begin wrapping up our study through Psalms, we’re already looking ahead to where God is leading us next… and we are excited to announce that our next ladies Bible study will be through the book of Nahum.

Nahum is a short but powerful book that reminds us that God is not blind to injustice, chaos, pride, or suffering. It speaks about the justice of God, the patience of God, and the comfort of knowing He is still sovereign even when the world feels upside down.

This study is going to challenge us, encourage us, and deepen our understanding of both the holiness and goodness of God.

If you’ve ever asked:
• Why does evil seem to prosper?
• Does God really see what’s happening?
• How long will God allow injustice to continue?
• Can God still be trusted in difficult seasons?

…then this study will speak deeply to your heart.

Our ladies study meets Monday-Friday from 9:30-10:30 AM via Zoom. Links are available in the Church Center App:

We don’t have a start date yet, but keep an eye out for details coming soon. We’re looking forward to growing together again. We'd be honored if you would join us. 🤍

Our Youth Sunday service was so impressive today. Our teens represented our church - but more importantly, they represented God - in such a mature, respectful, and servant-hearted way. We are incredibly proud of each one of them.

The message was impactful, and if you walked away not understanding that “the baby can go in the top drawer”… you may need to rewatch the video. 😂 (You had to be there.)

Our youth stepped up in so many ways today. They led announcements, played special music, greeted people at the doors, handed out bulletins, counted attendance, read Scripture, taught Sunday School and prayed. Watching them serve with confidence and humility was a blessing.

We also want to give a special congratulations to our graduating seniors. As you step into this next chapter of life, know that your church family is praying for you, cheering you on, and believing God has great things ahead for you.

You are the future, and you are deeply loved
