UPDATE TO WORSHIP SERVICE TIME

This coming Sunday, April 5th, for Resurrection/Easter Sunday, there will NOT be a 10:00 AM Bible Study. Our worship service will begin at 10:30 AM instead of the usual 11:00 AM. We will be having a light continental breakfast at 9:45 AM.

So many believe salvation is like a subscription; they think Jesus will perform the service of salvation, as long as you continue to pay for it in good deeds.

Jesus has paid it ALL, and if all is paid, how much is there left for you to pay?
Nothing. The requirement is a full trust in Christ alone... If it wasn't a full dependency on Christ, you would be able to boast of your own goodness, which is spoiled in pride and selfishness.

If you've been hopeful in your own righteousness, turn from that hope and place it fully in Christ who has been and is fully righteous for you.

The people of Rutland need to know the true and living God. In these last days, He has spoken to us through His Son and how clear a message this is! Let us look to the Word. Let us taste and see that the Lord is good! Let us share all He has done for us.

So everybody, we have a storm that's coming tomorrow afternoon...

We've seen other congregations in our area announce that they are going to push their services up to earlier in the day. We're going to follow their lead. We will not have Sunday School, but we will have a worship service at 10:00 AM. We will postpone our lunch and business meeting until next week.
