Minister Appreciation Month continues!

Today, meet Judy Baugher! 👋 Judy serves in our Children’s Ministry and leads worship for Celebrate Recovery. She’s been part of theBridge family for over 12 years!

Judy and her husband, Garrett, have been married since 2014 and have two boys, Judah and Josiah, and a black lab named Buck! They’re also busy renovating a house they hope to move into soon!

One of Judy’s favorite things about ministry is watching kids (and adults!) worship and seeing those moments when they begin to understand who God is. She also loves the messy side of ministry, reminding us that God is so good at taking our mess and turning it into a message!

And a few things you might not know about Judy… 👀 She LOVES being creative! From crafting and crocheting to writing music and books, she enjoys it all. She even taught herself to sew in 2020, and it’s become one of her favorite hobbies!

We’re so thankful for the way Judy pours into our kids, leads others in worship, and shares the love of Jesus with those around her. We’re incredibly blessed to have her as part of theBridge family!

We had another great Sunday at theBridge! 🙌

We continued our Slaying Your Giants series by tackling something we all struggle with... WORRY!

We were reminded how easily worry can take our focus off God and weigh us down. Instead of letting worry control our thoughts, we need to shift our priorities, seek God's Kingdom FIRST, and trust Him with what lies ahead.

And if there's one thing to remember from Sunday, it's these six words: WORRY about NOTHING. PRAY about EVERYTHING!

Today Robin talked about slaying the giant of worry and we were reminded to seek God FIRST, stop worrying about tomorrow, and focus on today.

Save these Scriptures and the "Six Words" for the next time worry starts creeping in.

Today, meet Trevor Sill! 👋 Trevor serves as our Student Minister and has been part of theBridge ministry team for 5 years!

Trevor and his wife, Courtney, have been married for 8 years and have two boys, Keller and Maclin.

One of Trevor’s favorite things about ministry is sharing the truth of God’s Word, whether through preaching, everyday conversations, or simply being present in people’s lives. He especially loves watching students discover and live out the calling God has placed on their lives!

And a few things you might not know about Trevor… He runs marathons and loves spending time with his family, watching the Chiefs, and cheering on the Fighting Irish on the weekends! 🏈

We’re so thankful for the way Trevor invests in our students, shares God’s truth, and helps the next generation grow in their faith. We’re incredibly blessed to have him as part of theBridge family!

What a powerful Sunday at theBridge! 🙌

We continued our Slaying Your Giants series and talked about how to recognize and respond to discouragement.

Fatigue, frustration, failure, and fear can weigh us down, but there is always HOPE! We can cry out to God, keep moving forward, trust His promises, and help carry someone else's burdens.

Sometimes we just need to clear away the dirt, debris, and distractions that keep us from seeing God's vision for our lives.
