What a blessing to have children at VBS this week. Watching their excitement as they learn about Jesus is contagious!

Join us again tomorrow as we dig into God's Word, and then take Communion together in fellowship, proclaiming the work mighty work of the cross!

We might even sing a VBS song or two!!

He is healed and home with Jesus. While we are heartbroken on earth, what a celebration Dustin is having in Heaven.

Chief Richards put it best…..Dustin was the best of us. He was unwavering in his duty, courageous, and faithful until the end.

Please, please continue to pray for the love of his life, Emily, Sgt. Chad Krish (his brother), and his entire family…..blood and blue. 💙

To know him was to love him.

We had a beautiful time gathering for prayer this afternoon in our old chapel. We always start with Scripture! And today, it was Psalms 19!

There is something wonderful about hearing God's Word, and then allowing it to strengthen us before we go into prayer.

We gather each Wednesday at 6:30 for prayer! Feel free to join us.

Psalm 19:14
"Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer."

This Memorial Day, Mars Hill honors those who gave their lives so we might live and worship freely. We are forever grateful.

We also daily remember the ultimate sacrifice made for mankind, which was Jesus' death on the cross. Romans 5:8 says, "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

"Hear a just cause, O LORD, attend to my cry; give ear to my prayer which is not from deceitful lips." (Psalms 17:1)

It is encouraging to witness young men stepping forward to lead others in Scripture. Nicholas led our prayer group yesterday evening, reading Psalm 17 prior to guiding the group in prayer.

Our prayer group meets every Wednesday from 6:30-7pm.
