What a great Serve Week!! We were able to partner with local schools, ministries and other organizations to love our neighbors in practical ways.

Thank you to everyone who served, gave, prayed and helped make this week possible. We’re so grateful for the ways God is using Lake Hills to love and serve our communities! And so grateful for the ways our people step up when there is a need!

Our kids had a great week at camp last week. What a special time camp is for kids to grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus while making the sweetest memories with friends! It was such a blessing being together, enjoying God’s beautiful creation and learning more about Him.

Serve Week is off to a great start! We are so thankful for the opportunity to love on our community. So far we've been doing work at some of the local schools and the Hominy Valley Rec Park.

Lake Hills Family Night is just a month away!!

We love this event and we know so many of you do too. Not only is it a fun time to gather and share a meal with each other, it's also a special time to celebrate people taking the next step in their faith by being baptized!

Why do we do Serve Week?

Missions is not just about going overseas to spread the Gospel. We are called to bring Jesus across the street and around the world. Loving our neighbors is a crucial part of the ministry we are called to do. Being the hands and feet of Jesus can look like so many different things and that is our goal for Serve Week. So whether it is rebuilding a home destroyed in the flood, feeding a meal to a group of foster children, loving on local teachers and fixing up their school, or something in between, each of these projects is intended to love those around us and show them the light and hope of Jesus.

It is such a simple way to jump in and be apart of Missions at Lake Hills. Find a day or a morning, or even give the whole week to join alongside us and serve our community.
