So proud of what this community made possible ♥️ Through our annual Light A Fire Ministries benefit auction, we are able to give $1,000 to EACH summer lunch program in Coffey County!

Last night we presented to USD 243 Lebo-Waverly, with USD 245 Southern Coffey County up next.

We also made a special decision for Burlington—to donate to the Coffey County Library in Burlington, supporting a program that also serves kids all summer long in lieu of the school. This isn’t to say one is better than the other, but this allows for more reach to kids in Burlington!

It’s amazing what can happen when a community comes together to take care of its kids! ✨

Step into a night of hidden doors, bold bids, and big hearts — all in support of our county’s three Summer Lunch Programs, helping ensure kids are fed all summer long.

This year’s benefactors include:

🔥 USD 244 Burlington
🔥 USD 245 Southern Coffey County (LeRoy–Gridley)

$25/ticket - $150/table (seats 8)

Thank you to the Wildcat Cares group, the judges, the contestants and all the community members that came and enjoy some great BBQ!! We had another great event!! We had 7 teams total.

The Grand Champion was awarded to Ethan Rice and the Peoples Choice Champion was awarded to Tyler Osner!
