Founded in 2006, The Refuge is a hub for healing community, social action, and creative collaboration. Inspired by the ways of Jesus, we center our life together around our shared values of Presence, Engagement, Transformation, Welcome, Creativity, and Celebration. Cornerstone to our work is The Refuge Cafe--a place for free lunch, showers, WIFI, essential items, advocacy and support for a wide ra
nge of people seeking support and community during difficult times. We are also grateful to partner with other faith communities, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies in the area on behalf of community needs. We are a diverse community across the Denver area, and people can connect to our hub in a wide variety of ways--participating in any of our gatherings both in-person and virtually, volunteering and serving at the Refuge Cafe or Single Moms Unite, supporting tangible needs through donations and support, and partnering on wider initiatives and collaborations. Check our website for more information and also for our monthly calendar with all of our gatherings. Email anytime at [email protected] or message us for more information. Our Shared Values:
