5 REASONS TO GIVE TO JESUS BURGERS
1. High schoolers are flooding our church every week.
This isn’t theory — it’s happening right now. Students from Broomfield High School are walking onto our campus daily through Doulos Coffee and Jesus Burgers. They come for food, community, and safety — and they stay because they feel seen and loved. Many of these students would never attend a traditional church service, yet they’re stepping into the church willingly. God is bringing the mission field to our front door.
2. Students are hearing about Jesus for the first time.
In the Denver–Boulder area, a large percentage of parents are unchurched or de-churched, meaning many students are growing up with little to no exposure to the gospel. For some of these teenagers, Jesus Burgers is the first time they’ve ever heard who Jesus is, why He came, and what salvation means.
3. Students are responding to the gospel.
This generation is not closed off to Jesus — they are hungry for truth. Across Gen Z and Gen Alpha, we are seeing a growing openness to faith when the gospel is presented clearly and authentically. At Jesus Burgers, students are standing, stepping forward, and surrendering their lives to Christ.
4. Lives are being changed for the long haul.
This isn’t just about a Wednesday afternoon. Discipleship takes time, consistency, and relationship. When students come to faith now, we are watching trajectories change — families impacted, habits transformed, futures redirected. In 10–20 years, these students will be parents, leaders, business owners, and pastors.
5. Eternity is at stake.
Anxiety, addiction, confusion, and pressure are crushing this generation. Social media, isolation, and hopelessness are shaping their worldview — but the gospel brings truth, hope, and freedom. Heaven is real. Hell is real. And students are making eternal decisions right now. Jesus Burgers exists so no student has to face eternity without hearing the truth about Jesus.
