We are pleased to announce that Sergio Quevedo has accepted a position as an Associate Director of the NAD Evangelism Institute (NADEI). Sergio will be focused on the area of church planting.
Sergio Quevedo is a catalyst for the ACTS Church Planting Movement, which has equipped leaders to plant churches in more than 20 countries worldwide. His ministry journey includes planting churches in New England and leading church planting initiatives in the Southern England Conference. As a missionary in Tokyo, Japan, Sergio continued to plant and equip Japanese leaders to establish 12 new faith communities across the city. Most recently, he has served as Senior Pastor at University City SDA Church in Charlotte, NC, while assisting the Carolina Conference in church planting efforts.

Sergio’s most recent publication is the book Called to Plant. He is married to Raquel, and they have two children, Nicolas and Natalia.

We look forward to welcoming Sergio as he transitions to his new role with us in the coming months!
