Missional Church Leadership The greatest resource for a pastor is his/her colleagues- fellow pastors in the field- living and implementing a missional life.

The greatest organization for the fulfillment of the Gospel Commission is the local church and the person with the greatest influence for being truly missional in the church is the local pastor. This page and website is designed to equip, encourage and support the pastor and the fulfillment of Christ's mission in his/her church. It will provide resources from pastors to pastors. Tim Madding has served as a pastor in the Seventh-day Adventist church since 1993.
