On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember those who gave their lives for our freedom. We grieve the cost of that sacrifice, and we thank God for their courage. May we live in a way that honors their legacy—with gratitude, humility, and hope rooted in Christ.

Most of us don’t need more information—we need real transformation.

We’re continuing Theology for the Rest of Us with a practical message called, “How Do I Apply the Bible to My Life?” We’ll talk about how to move from simply reading Scripture to actually living it—letting God’s Word shape your identity, motives, emotions, and actions.

You’ll learn a simple way to ask, “So what does this mean?” and “Now what is God asking me to do?” We’ll also walk through practical steps like making time, meditating on Scripture, and memorizing God’s Word so it becomes strength when pressure, temptation, fear, and anxiety show up.

If you’ve ever read the Bible and walked away confused, unchanged, or unsure what to do next, this message will help you experience Scripture in a fresh way.
