Today the Church celebrates the Feast of the Holy Cross which commemorates the finding of the Holy Cross by St. Helena, the mother of the Emperor Constantine and the dedication in the year 355 of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem. It is a day to honor Christ’s self-offering on the Cross, and the Cross itself, as the instrument of our Salvation.

Join us for the Holy Eucharist this evening at 6 p.m.

Confession will be available before the Eucharist beginning at 4:30.

As the new school year begins, we invite all students to join us at 10:30 a.m.on Sunday, September 13, for a Back-to-School Blessing.

During the service, we’ll offer prayers for students, teachers (including our Sunday School teachers!), and school staff as they prepare for the year ahead.

Feel free to bring your backpacks, laptops, or anything else that represents your learning to be blessed!

Happy Labor Day!

Almighty God, you have so linked our lives one with another that all we do affects, for good or ill, all other lives: So guide us in the work we do, that we may do it not for self alone, but for the common good; and, as we seek a proper return for our own labor, make us mindful of the rightful aspirations of other workers, and arouse our concern for those who are out of work; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

We're hosting a blood drive for the American Red Cross this Wednesday, August 26th from 2-6 p.m. at the church.

All eligible donors are welcome, whether this is your first time giving blood or you are a regular donor. Blood donations are always needed, and a single donation can help save multiple lives in our community.

We'd love to see you there!

Today the Church commemorates St. Mary the Virgin, Mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Mary’s life and death remind us that what God accomplished in her is a sign of what He desires to accomplish in all who belong to Christ. Her faithful “yes” became the beginning of a life transformed by grace, and His taking her to Himself points us toward the destiny God has prepared for all His people.

O God, you have taken to yourself the blessed Virgin Mary, mother of your incarnate Son: Grant that we, who have been redeemed by his blood, may share with her the glory of your eternal kingdom; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Today the Church celebrates the Feast of the Transfiguration of Our Lord Jesus Christ!

Join us for Holy Eucharist this evening at 6:00 p.m.

O God, who on the holy mount revealed to chosen witnesses your well-beloved Son, wonderfully transfigured, in raiment white and glistening: Mercifully grant that we, being delivered from the disquietude of this world, may by faith behold the King in his beauty; who with you, O Father, and you, O Holy Spirit, lives and reigns, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
