There are moments when you genuinely feel like:
"I can't do this. I have nothing left to give."
And then God asks you to take another step.
Sometimes that act of obedience becomes the very thing that reminds you:
This is who I am. This is what I'm made for.
Faithfulness isn't always giving from a place of abundance.
Sometimes it's saying yes when you feel like you have nothing left.

We think the promise will make us somebody.
But often, the waiting is what makes us somebody.
Joseph had the dream long before he lived the dream.
And everything between those moments mattered.
The boring seasons matter.
The mundane days matter.
The years when nothing seems to be happening matter.
Don't despise the waiting.
God may be doing some of His deepest work there.

Sometimes the problem isn't what we're fighting for.
It's why we're fighting for it.
God cares about the motivation underneath our actions. And when our why stops matching His, He loves us enough to bring things back into alignment.
That shaking may not feel good at first.
But alignment with the Father's heart brings life.
Before you keep fighting, ask:
"Father, does my why match Yours?"

Church Should Be a Safe Place to Get It Wrong
What if church became a place where people weren't afraid to make mistakes?
Following Jesus was never supposed to mean pretending we've figured everything out.
Sometimes our most powerful testimony isn't getting everything right.
It's allowing people to see what happens when we get it wrong, invite Jesus into it, and keep growing together.
Real people. Real mistakes. Real grace.
That's a church worth becoming.

Some People Are Called to Help You Keep Going
Not everyone has the same calling.
Some are great at helping people find Jesus.
Others are called to stand with people when the excitement wears off and following Jesus gets hard.
To remind them who God is.
To help them hear His voice.
To believe what He said over the noise around them.
To keep fighting.
Sometimes ministry isn't about getting someone in the door.
Sometimes it's about helping them not walk out.

When life gets chaotic, our instinct is to start doing something.
But what if the better question is:
"Jesus, is there something You're doing that I'm not doing with You?"
And then:
"Is there something I'm doing that You're not doing with Me?"
The disciples were busy trying to save the boat.
Jesus wasn't.
Sometimes following Jesus means stopping long enough to notice what He's actually doing.

The presence of God isn't reserved for church services.
It's something we learn to recognize every day.
As we spend time with Him, He gently removes the things that distract us and dull our awareness of His nearness.
The more we practice His presence, the more we recognize He's been with us all along.

Sometimes the greatest healing happens in places we didn't even know were wounded.
We naturally want to understand every detail.
But God isn't asking us to figure everything out.
He's inviting us to trust His goodness.
When we make room for His presence, He has a way of restoring places we never knew needed healing.
That's enough.
