On Sundays, we gather at 7100 SW Scholls Ferry Road at 9:00 and 10:45 am. Children's program for infant-5th grade, is available at both services. Youth gatherings, 6th-12th grades at 10.45 am.

At Portland Community Church, we're passionate about creating a place where every child can experience God's love, grow in their faith, and feel like they belong.

From engaging KidSpace classes for infants through 5th grade to our Superfriends Neurodivergent Sensory Room, we've created safe, welcoming spaces where children can learn, explore, and thrive at their own pace.

Whether your child loves to jump into activities or benefits from a calm, sensory-friendly environment, we're here to support your family every step of the way.

Men’s ministry breakfast

Josh Bidwell is a devoted family man, cancer survivor, former University of Oregon football player, and 12-season NFL football punter for the Green Bay Packers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington Redskins. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2005.

He and some current Duck players will share at a Men’s Breakfast Saturday, October 3, 8 am at Portland Community Church.

Church means community
Being a Jesus-driven community means that we are driven into relationships with one another, and being a part of a Growth Group is a key part to the life of the Church. Growth Groups are weekly based small groups that rotate on a 10-week semester schedule and offer a wide variety of topics. Once you sign up, a Growth Group leader will connect you with 4-12 other people from our church.

You’ll study together, learn from one another, find real-life applications, pray together, build friendships, care for one another, and serve together It becomes your family inside the family at Portland Community Church.

Kids & Neurodivergent Ministry Update from Portland Community Church

What we’re doing for kids:
Our “KidSpace” children’s ministry offers a safe, loving environment where kids discover God, explore His Word and build meaningful relationships. Ages range from infants/toddlers (0-36 months), preschool (3 yrs-K) and 1st-5th grade, each with age-appropriate teaching, crafts, games and interactive Bible study.


🧠 Neurodivergent-friendly ministry:
Our “Superfriends Neurodivergent Sensory Room” provides a welcoming, sensory-friendly space for children with neurodivergence and special needs and their families. It features tactile, visual, auditory and vestibular stimuli, plus trained volunteers, inclusive classrooms, and a calm, safe place for worship and growth.
