Let’s face it: no one enjoys being judged.

Judgment can be harsh, cruel, and deeply wounding. But the harder truth to face is that sometimes we aren’t only the ones who have felt judged—we can also become the ones doing the judging.

And that is never what Jesus intended His Church to be.

Sometimes the hardest thing to do is simply show up to church on a Sunday morning.

God designed the church to be a place where we are encouraged, strengthened, restored, and reminded that we don’t have to carry life alone. Yet if we’re being honest, when we’re already exhausted or carrying something heavy, even getting through the doors can feel like another burden.

But Sunday was never meant to be a place of condemnation or another obligation to survive.

It was meant to be a place of refuge. A place of rescue. A place where you can bring the weight you’re already carrying to Jesus.

Sometimes one of the greatest acts of faith is simply showing up.

What an incredible Launch Sunday!!

It was such a joy to invite people into what God has already been doing, and we cannot wait to see all that He will continue to do in and through Redemption City Church in the city of Stockton.

This is a church that works for everyday people. Come worship with us, find community, and encounter a God who truly wants to know you.

We're just getting started. We give God all the glory for what He has done, what He is doing, and what is still yet to come!!
