There is still time to sign up for River City Volleyball Academy’s Free Volleyball Clinic for kids ages 8-13! The clinic is on Wednesday, June 24, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, at Beaverdam Baptist. Parents and guardians are also invited to our Wednesday Night Bible Studies, while the children learn volleyball basics and fellowship with one another. This Father’s Day, join us at 10:45am to hear a special Father’s Day message, see the children perform the songs they learned at VBS, and listen to the next sermon in Pastor Todd’s sermon series! This sermon, titled “The Lemonade Man,” is about the beginning of Joseph’s life after being sold into slavery by his brothers, and how he honored God in his actions despite his circumstances, which led to God blessing him. We pray we’ll see you Sunday and that you have a wonderful weekend!

Hello or “Dia daoibh” (pronounced: Dee-ahdeer), which literally means “God be with you.” In three days, we will begin our journey through Ireland and Psalm 23. My prayer is that your children will come to Emerald Crossing and will leave knowing that God will always be with them. That they will know their Father, God, will protect them and provide for them. I also pray that they will have lots of fun on our adventures next week and make new friends. I cannot wait for you to meet and share this adventure with your families.

Join us this Sunday at 10:45am to hear the next sermon in Pastor Todd Pyle’s sermon series titled “Consequences” Genesis 37:29-35. As we listen to the next step of Joseph’s journey, we’ll hear how his brothers try to hide their actions from their father, and we’ll learn what the Bible says about trying to hide or minimize sin. Only 10 days left until VBS, June 15 to June 19, 6:30pm-8:30pm! At Emerald Crossing VBS, the kids will learn from the Word, play games, make crafts, enjoy snacks, and worship together as they learn the message of Psalms 23: how to cross from worry and uncertainty to peace and trust in the Lord. This Sunday at 10:45am, join us for a special service and sermon given by Pastor Scott Pond and our Student Ministry! In the sermon titled “What is your Posture before the Lord?” Jude 1:1-5, 16-19, Pastor Scott and BBC’s Youth will share all they learned at camp while fellowshipping with each other and youth from other churches. We are always moved by the impact this camp has on our Student Ministry each year, and we are so excited to hear from them!

Amazing end to our week!! So many incredible God moments and revelations through scripture and surrender. Many of our students are laying down burdens and have shown the love of Christ throughout this week.

I could not be prouder of these students. They have a relentless focus to elevate Christ, support one another and to be selfless. So many amazing God stories.

Today, was all about learning what it is like to support and partner together as a group of believers. Learning how to build trust and use our gifts to accomplish more for God.

And, this evening, we saw more than 25 students who made the greatest decision of their lives as they surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ.
