If you've driven by County Line lately, you've probably noticed the many American flags displayed across our front lawn. Each flag has been placed in honor or in memory of a loved one who has served, or is currently serving, in one of our nation's armed forces.

At County Line, we deeply love and appreciate the faithful men and women who sacrifice to protect our rights and freedoms. We recognize that liberty is precious, never free, and preserved through the courage and sacrifice of those who serve.

Each week, we faithfully pray for the members of our military, as well as for their families, asking God to protect, strengthen, and encourage them.

To all who have served or are currently serving, thank you. Please know that we will continue to pray for you and your family. You are loved, appreciated, and always welcome here.

What a great day witnessing the body of Christ at work today. Over 9000 meals packed for Rise Against Hunger, and incredible fellowship. Thanks to everyone who helped packing and those who gave financially as well to make this possible.

On this Fourth Advent—the Sunday of Love—we pause to remember that love is not hurried or loud, but patient and kind, quietly preparing room for Christ. As we wait for the coming of Emmanuel, this season of anticipation tutors our hearts in the way God loves us: steadily, gently, and without condition. Love waits without demanding, hopes without despairing, and acts with kindness even when fulfillment seems delayed. Advent reminds us that God did not rush redemption, but entered our world in humility, teaching us that true love is revealed not in haste, but in faithful presence. As we wait, we are invited to reflect that same love—patient with one another, kind in our words and actions—making ready not only our homes, but our hearts, for the arrival of Love made flesh.
