We pray for fruitfulness, and God will bring fruit from our labors. He will not do this in our time, but in His time. He will not do this in our way, but in His way. Sometimes we won’t see this fruit because while the kingdom changes everything, we can’t see everything changing. Yet we remain hopeful in the promise of the Son and the power of the Spirit. We pursue faithfulness and pray for fruitfulness.

His promises and power will never fail. Sometimes we will be hopeful despite what we see here and elsewhere. But we can be hopeful because of the promise of the Savior and the power of the Spirit. With this hope in our hearts, we live as men, women, and children on a mission. We ask God to shape our hearts for mission. We pray for God’s mission. Our worship prepares us for mission, then we live out this mission in our ministries and callings. With the promise of the Savior and the power of the Spirit, the kingdom grows everywhere.
