"I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing."
Genesis 12:2
God blessed Abraham so Abraham could become a blessing to others.
And that is still God's desire for His people today.
We don't just want God to bless our house—we want our house to become a blessing.
We don't just want God to touch our life—we want our life to touch somebody else.
We don't just want to receive from heaven—we want what God puts in us to flow out to others.
"WE ARE BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING "

“Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.”
Revelation 1:7 starts with:
“Behold”
There are some things in life we cannot afford to ignore.
We can ignore the news.
We can ignore people's opinions.
We can ignore social media.
But we cannot ignore the Word of God.
And the Word says “Behold, he cometh!”
Jesus is coming.
The question is not whether He is coming.
The question is:
Will you be ready when He comes?
Jesus said, Be ready.
Not get ready someday.
Not wait until you're older.
Not wait until you've accomplished everything you want to accomplish.
Be ready now!

The Bible teaches something very important. Even what we call a "small sin" is still a sin, and no one enters heaven because they have sinned less than someone else. We enter heaven only by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. Sin is not measured merely by how big or small it looks to us. EVERY sin is rebellion against God's holiness.
SIN SEPARATES US FROM GOD!

There is something powerful about getting our eyes off what is happening around us and getting our eyes on who God is.
We may walk into church carrying burdens.
We may come tired.
We may come discouraged.
We may come wondering what tomorrow will bring.
But when we see the Lord high and lifted up, we discover that God is still holy, God is still powerful, God is still sovereign, and God is still worthy of our worship!

1 Corinthians 10:16–17 teaches us about the communion of the body of Christ.
Paul says:
“For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.”
There is something powerful about being connected to the body of Christ.
We aren't supposed to walk this Christian life isolated from everyone else.
We need the church.
We need fellowship.
We need prayer.
We need encouragement.
We need one another.
Hebrews 10:25 says:
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together.”
Why?
Because there is strength when God's people come together!
The enemy wants to isolate you. He wants you to believe:
Nobody understands me.
Nobody cares about me.
I can do this by myself.
But the church says:
You are not alone!
We are members of one body.
And when one member hurts, we should care.
When one member rejoices, we should rejoice.
When one member falls, we should help restore them.

Praise the Lord.
There are some things in life that we cannot see, but we know they are real.
We cannot see the wind, but we can see what the wind does.
We cannot see electricity, but we can see the lights come on.
We cannot see tomorrow, but we get up every morning believing that God is already there.
And that is what faith does.
Faith trusts God when we cannot see the outcome.
Romans 1:17 gives us a powerful declaration:
“The just shall live by faith.”
Notice that Scripture does not say the just shall visit faith.
It does not say the just shall occasionally use faith.
It does not say the just shall live by feelings.
It says:
“THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH!”
Faith is not merely something we exercise when we have a crisis.
Faith is supposed to be our lifestyle.
When the money is there—live by faith.
When the money is not there—live by faith.
When the doctor says everything looks good—live by faith.
When the report is troubling—live by faith.
When the door opens—live by faith.
When the door closes—live by faith.
When you understand—live by faith.
When you don't understand—LIVE BY FAITH!
Come on somebody shout, “I SHALL LIVE BY FAITH!”
