Turns out Sharpies and concrete floors go pretty well together.

First day in the building. 💚

We worshiped Jesus. We prayed over this new space. We wrote Scripture on the concrete and dedicated this building for His glory before the carpet ever goes down.

Even with unfinished ceilings, missing pieces, and no AC… it was a beautiful first gathering in our new home.

Our prayer is simple:

Within these walls, may strangers be welcomed.
The lost be found.
Crushed souls be consoled.
And may the sounds of children always be embraced.

We declare this space solely for the glory of Jesus. Not just as a building to gather in, but as a place where people encounter His presence, find hope, and are sent out to bring His love to the world.

What a meaningful first day in the building.

The new kids space is coming along great. Super safe. Super normal. Nothing unusual happening here.

Just your standard children’s ministry amenities… imagination, fun, community, possibly alligators.

Probably no alligators.

Like… almost definitely no alligators.

(We have been advised by leadership to clarify there will not be alligators.)

Unless Ryan finds a guy. With an alligator.

No but seriously… we’re getting so excited about what God is building for our kids in this new season 💚

God always pursues 💚

No matter how far you’ve wandered, how lost you feel, or how long you’ve been away… the heart of the Father is still chasing after you.

There is joy in heaven when what was lost is found.
