Today our Bravehearts learned that when the storms of life get loud, we can keep our eyes on Jesus and remember that we are never alone.

Just like Jesus reached out and caught Peter in the middle of the storm, He is with us through every challenge we face.

What a great Sunday together!

Today we looked at the claims Jesus made about Himself and why they matter. He didn't present Himself as someone with helpful advice or a new philosophy. He declared Himself to be the Bread of Life, the Light of the World, the Good Shepherd, the Resurrection and the Life. And then He backed those claims with an empty tomb.

The hope we have as Christians is rooted in a living Savior who is still present, still working, and still changing lives today!

Whatever you're carrying this week, remember this: the same Jesus who conquered death is with you in it. He sees you, He knows you, and He has not stopped working.

Sunday is an opportunity to pause, worship, and refocus our hearts on Jesus.

No matter what this week looked like, God is still faithful. Come expectant, ready to worship, and believing that He still changes lives and meets people right where they are.

We all have moments where we question if our life really matters.

Moments where we wonder if we’re too far behind… if our mistakes have cost us too much… or if God even still wants us after everything we’ve done.

That’s why this truth matters so deeply:
You are not an accident.

Scripture says that before you were formed, God knew you. Before anyone else had an opinion about your life, He already called you His. Your worth is not defined by your failures, your past, your insecurity, or the voice of shame trying to follow you.

Your worth was defined by the one and only God who created you.

So when those lies try to convince you that you don’t matter, bring your mind back to what’s true:
The God who holds all things together is still holding you on purpose.

Senior Sunday is almost here! 🎓

On June 7 during our 12:30 PM service, we’ll be taking time to honor and celebrate the graduating seniors in our church family.

We’re grateful for the way these students have grown, served, and taken steps in their faith over the years. As they step into new seasons, our prayer is that they would continue to trust Jesus and follow His leading wherever life takes them.

Repairs are expected to be completed on Thursday and we will resume regular campus activity including Sunday services. For 4 days, NorthRock Kids will step into Kingdom Quest—a week filled with worship, games, friendships, and learning what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.

• Dates: June 1st–4th
• Time: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Ages: Students entering Kindergarten–5th Grade
• Final Day: Splash Day on June 4th

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember that freedom has a cost. We honor the men and women who gave their lives in service, and we remember the courage, humility, and selflessness they carried.

As a church, we are praying for every individual and family who has lost someone they love while serving our country. May the Lord bless you and your family. We pray that the peace that surpasses all understanding would guard your hearts today and in the days ahead.

Before you had a name, He knew you. Before you lived a single day, He saw you. Before you ever held yourself together, He was already holding you.

The God of Scripture is unlike anyone and anything else. Eternal. Uncreated. Without beginning. And somehow, still deeply personal.

You were made on purpose, with purpose, for purpose!
