6 a.m. Prayer Call
Focus: Rain
Scripture: Joel 2:23 — “He will cause the rain to come down for you, the former rain and the latter rain.”

Rain may make us uncomfortable. It can feel inconvenient, gloomy, or heavy. But just like the earth needs rain in order for things to grow, we also need rainy seasons in our spiritual lives. Those rainy days may look like trials, pressure, disappointment, waiting, or moments when life feels cloudy. Yet we must remember that God knows what He is doing, and all things work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

Without rain, seeds do not become what they were created to be. In the same way, some things in us are only developed through hardship. Our faith grows in rainy seasons. Patience grows while we wait. Character grows under pressure. God uses the rain to unlock what He has placed inside of us.

Rain also washes things away. Spiritually, God may use rainy seasons to cleanse us from pride, distractions, unhealthy relationships, and anything hindering our walk with Him. After the rain, we often see evidence of new life. The grass is greener, flowers bloom, and the harvest begins to come forth.

So don’t overlook the rain. Don’t despise the rain. Embrace it, knowing God is working behind the scenes and on your behalf. Thank God for the rain, because through it He is growing you, cleansing you, refreshing you, and preparing you for the harvest.

6 a.m. Prayer Call
Focus: The Faithfulness of God
Scriptures: Lamentations 3:23; 1 John 1:9; Philippians 4:19; Psalm 121:7; Numbers 23:19

God is faithful. Life changes, circumstances change, and our feelings may change, but the faithfulness of God never changes. God is not like man. Even when we are inconsistent, He remains consistent. His faithfulness is not based on our conduct, but on His character.

1. God is faithful to forgive. The enemy will try to keep us in guilt and shame, but 1 John 1:9 reminds us that when we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us. His mercies are new every morning. Yesterday was your past, but today is a brand-new day.
2. God is faithful to provide. We have all had moments when we did not know how things would work out, but somehow God made a way. Philippians 4:19 reminds us that God shall supply all our needs according to His riches in glory. He may not provide the way we expect, but He is always on time.
3. God is faithful to protect and keep His promises. Psalm 121:7 reminds us that the Lord preserves us from all evil, and Numbers 23:19 reminds us that God is not a man that He should lie. Whatever you are facing, do not lose hope. Delay is not denial. God still hears, God still knows, and God will come through.

6 a.m. Prayer Call
Title: That Is Not Your Fight
Scripture: Exodus 14:14 — “The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”

Time is precious, so we must make great use of our day and not allow the enemy to pull us into things that have nothing to do with our purpose or what God is doing in our lives. Not every disagreement deserves your energy, not every attack deserves a response, and not every battle is assigned to you. Sometimes the greatest victory is knowing which battles to leave alone.

1. Silence is strength. It takes a strong person to be silent when they could respond.
2. Prayer is our warfare. Pray before you respond, and sometimes pray before you speak.
3. Walk in wisdom. Ask yourself, “Is this battle connected to my purpose, or is it disturbing my peace?”
4. Trust God for the victory. The battle does not belong to you; it belongs to God.
5. Choose peace over pride. You do not have to win every argument or prove every point.

When Israel was trapped between Pharaoh’s army and the Red Sea, they did not have the strength, the strategy, or the weapons to fight for themselves. But God never intended for them to fight that battle. Their assignment was to trust Him. In the same way, every criticism, misunderstanding, and opportunity to get even does not require your reaction. God is your defender.

Today, ask yourself: “Will this even matter a year from now? Is this worth my peace? Is this my fight?” Choose peace and purpose. Walk away when necessary, control your emotions, and let God handle what only He can handle. The battle is not yours — it belongs to the Lord.
