As AI becomes part of everyday work, church teams need clear guidance for how it belongs in ministry.

Our next Online Learning Lab will help you begin that conversation. Pastor Jimmy Witcher will walk through developing an AI policy that reflects your church’s values and gives your team direction.

Join us November 17 at 2 PM for live teaching and Q&A.

The worst time to start looking for trusted voices is when everything is already falling apart.

Leadership relationships are built before you need them.

Build the friendships. Ask the questions. Get around other pastors. Let people know what's really happening, not just what's going well.

Then when a difficult season comes, you're not searching for someone to call. You already know who to call.

That's a big part of why TFAC exists: to build meaningful relationships between pastors before you desperately need someone in your corner.

Build your circle now. Get connected with TFAC.

Longevity requires more than calling. 🔥

Calling may get you into ministry.

But longevity requires wisdom, relationships, healthy rhythms, strong systems, humility, and the willingness to keep growing.

Don't just ask, "How do I grow the church?"

Ask, "What kind of leader do I need to become to lead well ten years from now?"

TFAC exists to help pastors build the relationships, wisdom, and healthy leadership practices that help sustain ministry for the long haul.

Don't just lead for today. Build for longevity with TFAC.

What got you here may not get you there.

The systems that worked when you had 150 people may struggle at 500.

The leadership structure that worked with three staff members may not work with twelve.

Growth requires leaders to continually evaluate what should stay, what should change, and what they need to stop doing altogether.

Honor what got you here without being afraid to change what won't take you forward.

TFAC helps pastors evaluate what's working, identify what needs to change, and build strategically for what's next.

Your next season may require a new strategy. TFAC can help.

Isolation is expensive in leadership.

Leadership already comes with decisions only you can make. Don't add unnecessary isolation to it.

You need relationships where you don't have to be the person with the answer.

People you can call before the decision is made.
People who understand the weight of leadership.
People who aren't competing with you.
People who can tell you what you need to hear.

You may lead the church, but you shouldn't have to lead alone.

TFAC creates space for pastors to build real relationships with leaders who understand the unique realities of leading a church.

Leadership is better with people in your corner. Find yours at TFAC.

What a great start to the 2026 TFAC Senior Pastor & Wife Roundtable!

Last night’s Welcome Party gave us the opportunity to reconnect with longtime friends and welcome new faces into the TFAC family. Today, we gathered around the table for honest conversations, practical wisdom, encouragement, and meaningful connection.

We’re grateful for every pastor and wife who made the trip to Plano. There’s something powerful about being in a room with people who understand the joys and challenges of ministry—and are committed to helping one another grow healthy churches.

And we’re just getting started!
