Vacation Bible School is back!!! That's right, Family Life Church is bringing our VBS back this summer! June 22-26, starting at 6PM each evening! We can't wait, and hope you'll sign your kiddos up asap! Our VBS is for 3-year-olds (potty trained) and up to finishing 5th-graders. Follow the link to sign your kids up!!

FLC Volunteer Highlight! CM and Leslie Sims have been members of Family Life Church for many, many years. CM served as one of our elders for over 10 years, and led our prayer teams and coordinated communion during that time as well. Leslie leads a women's community group, and they both lead an additional community group at Patsy's Place, Sharing Hope Ministry's transitional home for women. We are so proud to know CM and Leslie, and love their heart for people, and their heart to serve the Lord. We hope you'll say hello to them this coming Sunday and let them know how much you appreciate them as well!

Sometimes we think of prayer only as something we do when we need help, but God invites us into something much deeper — a relationship with Him.

Prayer isn’t just about asking for things in difficult moments; it’s about experiencing God’s presence daily. It’s where we slow down, draw near to Him, and discover His peace, love, wisdom, and strength. God desires for us to know Him personally, not just reach for Him in times of need.

No matter what season you’re in, prayer is an invitation to spend time with the One who cares for you completely. As you watch this encouragement, let it remind you that God wants more than your requests — He wants your heart and your fellowship.

Take a few moments today to pause, pray, and simply be with Him. 🙏

Sunday recaps from the past two Sundays at FLC! First, we were super excited to see Ainsley Aylesworth get baptized by Maws Smith!! Services in both weekends were incredible. Great preaching and worship. And this last weekend, we were so proud of all of our high school seniors who graduated and were recognized during the 10:30 service! Student Pastor Zach Barnes also delivered a really incredible sermon, challenging both our graduates and our congregation as a whole!
