The Church.

Today we remember the people who lost their lives on 9/11. Innocent men and women whose day began in peace, but ended in tragedy. Their memory remains sacred, and their absence is felt even now.
We honor the first responders who ran toward danger when everyone else was running away, firefighters, police officers, EMTs, and countless others who gave everything to save lives. Their courage and selflessness reflect a love that cannot be measured.
We also honor the veterans and service members who stepped forward in the days and years that followed, carrying the weight of duty, sacrifice, and protection on behalf of us all.
In moments of grief and uncertainty, we cling to the promise of Scripture:
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever‑present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1
As we honor the fallen, the heroes who responded, and those who continue to serve, we choose to trust in the God who holds our nation, our future, and every hurting heart.
We remember. We honor. We trust.
