At our recent Prayer and Intercession Night, we learnt that 2025 is also the Hebrew year 5785 which signifies A Year of Divine Opportunities! ✨
The Biblical significance of the number 5 (H’eh) symbolises God’s grace & favour.
Grace is God’s empowerment for every believer. The year 5785 is also a moment in time for all believers to seize “Kairos,” or divine opportunities. This year, there is a double portion! God’s grace means the unmerited favor of God and His enabling power to carry out what we could not do for ourselves. He is showing that he will deposit His grace to move us forward in the direction He will show us.
At the meeting Elder David was prompted to share his encounter in 2023 where God spoke through the number 50:
“As I parked my car and opened the door, I saw a 50-cent coin next to me on the ground. I bent over and picked it up, not thinking much about it. The next day as I pulled my car into another carpark and opened the door, there again on the ground was another 50-cent coin. This time my senses were heightened. What are the odds of picking a 50-cent coin on two consecutive days in the same manner.
I was thinking, could this be a coincidence, or is God showing me something? 5 represents grace and goodness of God. Could God be showering a double portion of His grace upon me? I told God then, if He truly has something for me, then let me pick up another 50-cents coin again… The next day my heart was filled with expectancy. But I didn’t pick up any coin, nor any other day in that week. Then 2 weeks passed, and I completely forgot this incident.
3-4 weeks later, as I pulled my car into the parking lot below my home, and as I opened my car door, I found a 50-dollar note on the ground staring at me. I picked it up and wondered, is God telling me something after all! But then I wondered, how come not a 50-cent coin? Then suddenly my heart was impressed with a thought. 50-dollars is 100 times of 50-cents. This is not just perfect grace but a hundred-fold grace from God! Praise the Lord, Hallelujah!”
In this important season, let us consecrate ourselves & incline our ears to Him and not be intimidated by what He calls you to do!
