✨ Written in the stars ✨

God doesn’t look at our appearance or our achievements. He looks at our heart.

We explored what it means to encounter the fullness of Jesus, allowing Him to remind us of who we truly are. When we experience His love personally, we become people who can genuinely love, encourage, and see others.

You can only give what you have first received.

When we know we are seen by God, we can then go out and help others know they are seen too.

After all, our identity has already been 🌟 Written in the Stars. 🌟

One of our youths, Serena, shares her experience after serving at the Youth Holy Hour last Friday! 🤍

As we journey together as a Church, may we be reminded that each of us has our own story and journey that shapes who we are. 📖🤝 May her sharing encourage us to look beyond our differences, listen to one another with greater openness, and love and accept each other just as God loves and accepts us. ❤️

Youth Eucharistic Adoration – 7 August 2026

“Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.”
1 Timothy 4:12

Every generation has its own way of doing things.

The older generation often says, “Last time ah...“, sharing stories of how the Church used to be. The younger generation says, “Next time ah..”, dreaming about what the Church could become.

Sometimes these differences can make us feel like we’re on opposite sides. But the truth is, we’re not.

We may be different in age, experiences, ideas, and perspectives, but we’re still journeying towards the same God. The same God who called those before us is the same God who is calling young people today.

This Eucharistic Adoration is about recognising that the Church isn’t built by one generation alone. It grows when generations choose to walk together, learn from one another, and support one another.

The older generation carries wisdom and faithfulness. The younger generation brings passion, energy, and new ideas. Neither is complete without the other.

Different generations. Different stories. Different gifts.

Same mission. Same Church. Same God.

But at the end of the day, we’re all walking towards the same God.

…And just like that, Therese wrapped up her final session with us last Friday. 🥺💛 As you begin this exciting new chapter in Adelaide, Australia 🇦🇺✈️, we want to send you off with hearts full of gratitude. 💌

Thank you for every memory shared, every friendship built, and every act of love, service, and sacrifice you’ve quietly poured into RYM behind the scenes. Your presence has truly been a blessing to our community. 🤍

While we’ll miss you dearly, we’re also so excited to see where God leads you next! 😝 We’ll be keeping you in our prayers as you pursue your studies over the next three years. 🙏📚 May He continue to guide, protect, and bless you every step of the way.
