This generation is asking real questions—and Scripture has real answers.

In his interview with City News, Ps opens up about encountering God for himself, the role of honour and spiritual authority, and why our conversations must point people back to God.

The greatest impact is rarely visible in the moment.

Sometimes, it’s the quiet, ordinary acts of obedience ... the prayers prayed through tears, the sacrifices no one praises ... that are actively shaping eternity.

As believers, the heavy lifting of the outcome isn't on our shoulders. Our calling is simpler, though rarely easier: keep showing up. Keep reflecting Christ. Leave the results in His hands.

So, if you're quietly walking through a season of pain, waiting, or mundane routines, don't lose heart. Keep being faithful. Keep planting seeds in faith. Keep trusting God with the pieces. One day, we will stand in awe of what He did with our steadfastness. Until then, we wait till heaven.

We’re delighted to welcome Prof Doug back with us this weekend! ❤️

A familiar and much-loved voice in our church family, Prof Doug has blessed us many times over the years through his faithful teaching of God’s Word and his deep love for the church.

As he ministers this weekend, let’s come with faith and expectancy, ready to receive from God, be encouraged by His Word, and draw closer to Him. It’s going to be a meaningful and powerful weekend together.

See you in church!

While we had plenty of laughs imagining our babies’ inner monologues last weekend 👶🏻💭, Baby Dedication is about something much deeper.

It’s a sacred moment where parents commit to raising their children in the ways of God, and where we, as a church family, commit to journeying alongside them.

We thank God for every precious child dedicated, and pray that they will grow up knowing His love, walking in His truth, and becoming all that He has created them to be.

May they grow strong in faith, rich in character, and deeply rooted in Christ. ❤️

A heart on fire for God cannot thrive while holding on to bitterness. 🔥

Following Ps Bobby's message last week on cultivating a passion for God, we were reminded that unresolved anger, frustration, and hurt can slowly take root in our hearts if left unchecked.

What are you cultivating today?

Every time we give in to anger, we nurture bitterness. But every time we surrender our pain to Jesus, we make room for healing, freedom, and transformation.

Church, don't carry your frustration any longer than you have to. Bring it to Jesus. What we hold on to can slowly harden our hearts, but what we surrender to God, He can heal.

HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY SUN!!! 🥳☀️

Today, we’re celebrating someone who has quietly and consistently made a difference in so many lives.

Thank you for your faithfulness, your generosity, and the way you care for people. Whether through your leadership, your encouragement, or simply your presence, you’ve helped many of us feel seen, valued, and loved. We’re incredibly grateful for the life you live and the example you set. Thank you for believing in people, championing their growth, and always pointing us toward Jesus.

We pray that this year brings fresh joy, renewed strength, and many reminders of how loved and appreciated you are.

Hi, my name is Caleb. 👋🏻 I’m from PL Zone and I’ve been serving as a CGL for the past 6 years!

I first said “yes” to becoming a CGL during COVID-19, not knowing what God had in store.
Stepping into leadership has stretched me in many ways. During the lockdown when we couldn’t meet physically, I learned to play the guitar and sing at the same time to lead praise & worship online. 🎸🎤🗣️Preaching was another challenge as it was very different from normal public speaking. It definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone.

Despite the challenges, the greatest fulfilment in being a CGL is seeing my members grow in God. Watching the youths mature, discover their calling, fall deeper in love with Jesus, and live wholeheartedly for Him is incredibly rewarding. I pray that they will encounter God personally, and I’m excited for God to move in their lives at the upcoming youth camp 🤩🙌🏻

Balancing school, work, ministry, and family is not easy. There were seasons, especially during NS, when I didn’t have much free time. In those moments, I learned an important lesson: that serving must come from an overflow of my relationship with God. Quiet time with Him became essential. I also made a commitment to serve wherever possible, as a CGL, in CWW Tuition, Prophetic Flagging, or CityWorship.
Leadership has helped me grow in confidence. Spiritually, I’ve developed a deeper love for being in the “secret place” with God and have come to truly enjoy being in His presence.

To anyone wondering if they’re “ready” to lead, my advice is simple: pray about it. More than having all the skills, what you really need is a big heart for people and a deep love for God ❤️

It’s so easy for our hearts to slowly grow cold through pain, disappointment, unanswered prayers, and even the distractions, comfort, and busyness of life.

Yet Pentecost reminds us that faithfulness to God was never meant to come from striving harder in our own strength. We need the Holy Spirit to soften our hearts, renew our hunger for Jesus, and empower us to keep following Him faithfully.

Church, may we never settle for a distant or distracted faith, but may our hearts be set ablaze again with fresh passion, deep surrender, and love for Jesus. 🔥
