Prayer times for June

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله و بركاته

*Day of Arafah- Tomorrow, Tuesday 26th May*
This is from amongst the greatest days of the year and takes place on 9th Dhul Hijjah

In order to make the most use of this day, a person should do the following:
1. *Fast* on this day as your sins for the previous year and upcoming year will be forgiven

2. *Pray* extra nafl. Read your 5 daily prayers and increase in extra worship

3. *Make dua* to Allah سبحانه وتعالى seeking forgiveness, guidance and mercy. Make dua for all those who have passed away and all those who are ill. Make dua for those people who have been oppressed

4. Increase the dhikr (remembrance) of Allah سبحانه وتعالى especially *reciting the following takbeer* :
اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا اِلَهَ اِلَّا الله وَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اَللهُ أَكْبَرُ و ِلِله الْحَمْدُ

May Allah سبحانه وتعالى accept all of our duas and keep us all steadfast.

Dhul Hijjah Announcement

Alhamdulillah, the sacred month of Dhul Hijjah will begin after magrib today.
Key dates in this month:

1st Dhul Hijjah- Monday 18th May
9th Dhul Hijjah (Day of 'Arafah)- Tuesday 26th May
10th Dhul Hijjah (Day of Eid)- Wednesday 27th May
