Are you struggling and burdened with grief? Losing a loved one is so hard. That's why we're creating space this Sunday at 3pm, to remember our loved ones who have died. We know that they are gone, but never forgotten. So let's hold them together in our hearts before God. Anyone is welcome 🫶

Next week we're starting up a prayer service called Ember. We will be gathering to pray, to read the Bible and to encourage each other in the Christian faith. We hope it will be a spark, to encourage your faith to grow. Anyone is welcome. Why not pop along and give it a try!

In two weeks we're going to be holding our FORGET ME NOT SERVICE. It's a service to remember our loved ones who have died before God, and to seek God's comfort in the midst of grief. All are welcome to this service.

Today we have our Community Celebration of 150 years of St Thomas.
🗺️ We have lots of old photos of St Thomas and Wincobank. Stories of our first services.
🎯We have lots of family games (badminton, dominoes, marbles, quoits, co****le toss, bowling, hula hoops)
💒 A chance to share your story of wedding baptisms and other memories.
👗 Dress up in a Victorian outfit
💭 Opportunities to dream for the next 150 years

Our COMMUNITY CELEBRATION for 150 YEARS OF ST THOMAS is this Saturday. We're looking forward to celebrating the stories of our community that have unfolded over 150 years and hearing your story of connection to St Thomas, through baptisms, weddings and other memories. There will be Family Games & Activities and a chance to dream for the next 150 years. There will be plenty of refreshments to go around and cake. Everything is free and all are welcome.

In one week's time we are going to be having our SERVICE OF THANKSGIVING for 150 YEARS OF ST THOMAS.
Come to share your story and listen to others stories, of how God has impacted your life through the community at St Thomas'. Let's thank God for all he has done through our church.
There will be a Bring & Share lunch after the service. Come with a plate of food to share with others if you can. But don't let that hold you back from coming, there will be plenty to go around. We hope to see you there!
