This Sunday! Come and have ice cream🍦🍦

THIS SUNDAY!

This event is most suitable for families with children aged 3+ (but is open to everyone who loves ice-cream!) There will be a range of craft activities, duplo and lego to build with and of course ice cream, all to enjoy whilst reflecting on the bible verse, 'Taste and see that the Lord is good' Psalm 34:8.

There will also be vegan ice-cream for those with allergies.

It's not too early to put Holy Trinity's Village Show in your diary! 12th September starting at 10:30am. Every year they hold an amazing event that raises money for the church and their work within the community. Come venture around the stalls, drink a glass (or 2) of Prosecco, enter your dog in the dog show, or even enter a competition or 2 yourself, such as the craft, flower, cookery and photography competitions. FUN FACT: Ancient churches are remarkably good at staying cool in hot weather(!)

I wanted to let folks know that, tomorrow (Friday 26th) St Mary's Church, Rawmarsh, will be freely open, between 9am and 2pm) to all who would appreciate a bit of peace, a cool space and glass of cold water.

N.B. Dogs are also welcome - please, stay safe if considering transporting animals during a heatwave.
