1. A mechanic?

You are welcome to WORSHIP with us as one big family, where we Love Jesus, Love People and Love Life. We’d love to have you join us this Sunday for a fun-filled, life-filled, Spirit-filled Experience. Providing a caring Christian community based on morals and values that safeguards the welfare of all. Providing high quality Biblical teaching and learning to enable all to maximise their potential.

Creating a stimulating, rich and engaging activities tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Creating a successful partnership with members and the local community. Our aim is to improve the happiness and wellbeing of people across the community by helping to build more resilient and better connected communities.

2. Youth work project. To help and educate youth in the community through their leisure time occupation so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities, so that, they can grow to full maturity as individuals and members of the community. so that life in general may be improved.

3. Vacation Bible Schools are fantastic ways to engage with the community. Summer is difficult for many families – they don’t have a lot of childcare options, and often don’t have enough money to pay for summer childcare. Vacation Bible School gives a great way to provide the community with a necessary resource – kids love it, and the community will appreciate your church’s efforts at making their lives a bit easier.

4. Do you have homeless people in your community? Are you near a shelter? Organize a trip to the shelter to help – you can sponsor meals, aid in fundraising efforts, or provide a concert or a gospel ministry to the residents of the shelter. As Matthew 5:42 says – Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you. Living out this mission by helping those who are in desperate need is a great way to engage with the community, and glorify God through selflessness.

5. Engaging in the community can be as simple as cleaning up! We also engage directly with community members by going door-to-door in the fall to rake leaves, or by shoveling snow during the winter. It’s amazing what a simple gesture of goodwill such as this will do to brighten the hearts of those in the community.

6. Local sports leagues are great ways to meet people in your community. We engaged Slow-pitch football is especially popular among churches, as it’s a lower-impact way to enjoy the companionship and fun, friendly competition that sports has to offer.

7. Share that lens of the congregation. Do you have an expert plumber in your church? A top-notch tax accountant? Consider offering the talents of your congregation to the community – if they agree to it, of course. We can assemble a volunteer team of people who can provide free services to the needy. By doing so, we follow in the example of Christ, and help to show the glory of God and his Church, while engaging with community members on a truly personal level.

8. Help the community stay in touch with our church. It’s not enough to simply engage with the community once – you should seek to keep them in the loop about activities, special services, and events as much as possible. An old-school way of doing this is with mailers and flyers – but these are not too effective as promotional tools. Church growth doesn’t just mean a rise in tithing, attendance, or notoriety – growth can be as simple as watching congregation members who engage with the community grow in their walk with Christ as they minister to those around them. Community engagement is critical for a healthy church that follows the example of Christ, and for a congregation that follows the example set by Jesus. So don’t retreat into your “bubble”. Follow the above tips, and enjoy the benefits that community engagement can bring to your congregation.

2026; MY YEAR OF ABBA FATHER. Isaiah 63:16; "Doubtless You are our Father, though Abraham does not know us, and Israel does not acknowledge us. You, O LORD, are our Father; Our Redeemer from Everlasting is Your name." (NKJV)

What a powerful declaration of faith!
El Moshaah (The God Who Saves) beautifully highlights the Lord's role as our Deliverer, showing that even in the face of our greatest fears, He provides a way out.
THE GOD WHO SAVES. El Moshaah [EL mo-shaw-AW], The God Who Saves, is from Ps. 68:20, “Our God is the God of Salvation; and to God the Lord belong escapes from death.” Yep!
Scripture is full of references to God as Deliverer and Refuge. Consider King Nebuchadnezzar’s words after throwing 3 men into a fire so hot that it killed those who tossed them in. But the King saw FOUR men unbound, walking in the fire!
When Neb had them removed and saw they were fine (and not even smoky-smelling), he said, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who sent His Angel and delivered His servants who trusted in Him… because there is no other God who can deliver like this.” (Daniel 3:28-29)
