Join us at St Mary's Church, Sompting to celebrate the patronal festival with a beautiful service of Choral Evensong led by the St Mary's Singers.
Music includes: O Magnum Mysterium by Morten Lauridsen and Timothy Dudley-Smith’s Tell out my soul. Guest preacher will be The Revd Canon Dominic Keech, Priest-in-Charge of Boxgrove Priory.
The service will be followed by wine and beer and morris dancing by Sompting Village Morris.

Coming up this August, events across our parish in all three churches: celebrating the 150th anniversary of Mothers' Union and raising funds for its ongoing work, marking a patronal festival and enjoying a special film together. Everyone is welcome at these events.

Join us for Blessing the Boats this afternoon at 2.30 pm on Beach Green. A great celebration of our community and its use of the sea. With music from Lancing Brass of the Royal British Legion and followed by cream teas.
